Why it exists

Collate field results without paper, phone calls and spreadsheets.

Campaigns have no trusted, tamper-evident way to collect polling-unit results and incident reports from field agents and see aggregated tallies quickly. ElectionWatch structures the field hierarchy, validates results at entry, locks them against tampering, and rolls them up into scoped live dashboards — built on real, public INEC geography.

Capabilities

From the polling unit to the campaign dashboard.

Structured field hierarchy, correct-at-source results and tamper-evident storage — engineered for trust.

Multi-tenant campaigns

Every operational record belongs to one campaign and is invisible to others — enforced at the database query layer, not just hidden in the UI.

Role-based hierarchy

Super admin → candidate + field admin → state → LGA → ward → enumerator; each tier creates the one below with a one-time password and forced first-login change.

Enumerator field toolkit

Log election events, submit situation reports with photos, file results and raise danger alerts — only for assigned polling units.

Result reconciliation

Entry checks that party votes + rejected = total cast, and cast ≤ accredited — with live green/red, blocking submission until the figures balance.

Write-once results

One result per polling unit, locked on submit; edits and deletes are blocked at both the model and database level.

Live tally dashboards

Per-party totals, a top-five bar chart, turnout cards and a full party table — auto-refreshing about every 60 seconds.

Jurisdiction-scoped views

State, LGA and ward coordinators see only their own area's data and team; campaign leaders drill into any in-scope report.

Openable report detail

Open any in-scope situation report — description, severity, enumerator, polling unit, location and photo attachments — over an append-only audit log.

Built on real geography

Seeded from public INEC data — not fabricated. Polling-unit coverage currently focuses on the Bauchi capital LGA and is expanding.

Common questions

No — data is isolated per campaign at the database layer, not merely hidden in the interface.
